Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET are processed the following business day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or US federal holidays.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 6–12 business days within the continental United States. Total estimated delivery time, including processing, is 7–14 business days.

Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders.

Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact support@foldeva.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Foldeva is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we will assist in coordinating with the carrier where possible.
